Width auto-suggests a roughly square board from the square footage — edit it yourself any time you want a different shape (like a narrow walkway).
With snap on, dragging a tile close to another tile's corner or edge locks them together at whatever angle they're at — that's what lets angled tiles (herringbone, etc.) line up flush. Falls back to the plain grid when nothing's nearby.
2. Add tiles
New tiles land centered and selected so you can see them. Any angle counts as the same size — a 12x24 laid sideways or on a 45° diagonal is still 12x24.
Selecting tiles
Click a tile to select it. Shift-click to add more to the selection, or drag a box over empty board space to select everything inside it. Drag any selected tile to move the whole group together.
